All resellers on the AXOVGC platform must follow these rules. Breaking them will result in account suspension or permanent removal.
Every product listed on the platform has a published minimum selling price - the floor. This price exists to protect all resellers equally and keep the market stable. Selling below the floor, whether directly or through hidden discounts, undercuts every other reseller and damages the ecosystem. You are welcome to run your own bundle deals, loyalty programs, or volume discounts as long as the effective per-key price stays at or above the floor. If you are caught selling under it, your panel access will be revoked.
You are free to sell keys in bulk and offer discounted pricing to buyers who purchase large quantities. What you may not do is sell, rent, or share unlimited generation itself. Your unlimited generation panel, its login, your API key, or any tool or bot that lets someone else generate keys on demand through your account are for your use only. Offering unlimited key generation, sub-panels, or panel access as a product to anyone else is strictly prohibited - you sell keys, not the ability to make them. All generation is tracked back to the panel it came from, so if your account is found generating keys on behalf of someone else, it will be suspended.
When someone buys a key from you, they become your customer - not ours. You are responsible for walking them through installation, answering configuration questions, handling refund conversations, and resolving any issues they run into. The AXOVGC platform team does not provide end-user support for keys sold through resellers. We will only step in during detection windows, platform-wide service outages, or situations that affect all users globally. Everything else is between you and your buyer.
You must always represent yourself as an authorised reseller, never as the platform itself. This means no cloned checkout pages that mimic the AXOVGC website, no domains designed to look like official platform URLs, and no pretending to be a member of the AXOVGC team in any communication. If a buyer asks where their key comes from, tell them honestly that it is issued through the AXOVGC platform. Misrepresenting your relationship with the platform erodes trust for everyone involved.
Once a key has been redeemed to a specific account, it is permanently bound to that account. You may not transfer keys between different customers, resell keys that have already been activated, or hand out key codes in public channels, servers, or forums to attract attention. Each key is tracked on our end. If a batch of keys is found to have been leaked or distributed publicly, the entire batch will be revoked immediately and no balance credit will be issued for the lost keys.
If one of your buyers files a payment dispute or chargeback, the resulting loss is deducted directly from your panel balance or billed against your active plan. AXOVGC does not absorb chargeback costs for reseller transactions. To protect yourself, screen your buyers carefully before selling, keep records and proof of delivery for every transaction, and avoid selling to anyone you cannot personally vouch for. Treating chargebacks seriously is part of running a responsible reselling operation.
Any violation of the rules listed above will result in your reseller account being suspended immediately and without prior warning. Depending on the severity, suspensions may be temporary or permanent. Repeated or deliberate violations - especially around floor pricing, reselling unlimited generation access, impersonation, or key leaking - are treated as grounds for a permanent ban with no appeal. Your remaining balance may be forfeited. These rules exist to keep the platform fair for every reseller, and enforcement is strict.
